Elementary Grandparent’s Day 2024
Dear Parents,
On Friday, September 6, we will be celebrating our wonderful PCA Grandparents and all they do for our students. Grandparents are invited to eat lunch with their grandchildren in grades Pre-K through 5th grade. We have several lunch options this year. Students may pick up a lunch as normal from the lunchroom, grandparents may bring a picnic lunch from home, or PTO is selling Chick-Fil-A meals that must be pre-ordered (see order form). Students in Pre-K through 5th grade are permitted to leave with their grandparents after lunch. We are looking forward to a GRAND time!
Grandparent’s Day Lunch Procedures:
- Grandparents should park in the gym parking lot and enter the cafeteria.
- Lunch will be 11:00-11:45
- We will open up the cafeteria and the gym for lunch. You may want to bring a blanket to sit on the gym floor.
- Pre-K - 5th grade siblings will be allowed to sit together with their grandparent(s).
- Any child leaving campus for the day must be signed out before leaving.
- Chick-Fil-A Meal orders must be turned in and paid for by August 30th.
